My deepest apologizes for neglecting the club for so long xD;;;;; University life is seriously too busy for me with exams and stuffs.
Now I'm thinking of getting another admin to help me managing the club duties. Anyone who is interested please send in a note with reason(s)
why do you think you are capable of handling this job (please, reasons like "simply because I love roiai!!1" is not enough to make you qualified
) And being an admin is, willing to spend lots of time into the club (well, depending on how much notes the club is getting.)
An admin's job includes:
Adding new members to watchlist and member list in journal, and commenting on the member's page notifying that he/she is now a member of the club
Adding member's fanarts/fanfictions/cosplays/etc to the gallery (please refer to the categorizes in the galleries)
Replies to members' questions (you can still refer to me when in doubt)
:buletblue: Organizes contest once in a while (probably two or three months) and manages members' votes
I guess that pretty much wraps up the whole thing about being an admin 8D;
SO if anyone's interested please send in a note with the title "Applying for admin post"
after reading all of the above and understands it well enough
Oh, and I think I'll be taking only one admin for now xD;

I'm terribly sorry about the club's inactiveness ><;;; We admins were both very busy with school stuffs >_o;; evil school ;_;
So I was wondering should we continue with the costume contest(refer to above) or shall we start a new one? Since we didn't receive any entries for it
If we're going to start a new one, it would probably be christmas theme again
